Q. How do deliveries work?

A. At the moment we are busy sourcing a suitable courier service to transport goods country wide. We will keep you posted as

soon as this function is activated.

In the meantime though, all deliveries will be limited to a 100km radius from all of our branches, provided the order value is over

R1000.00. Alternatively you can collect or arrange your on courier


Q. I need to return something I bought. How do I go about this?

A. This is not a problem at all. Future Packaging & Machinery will gladly accept returns on all Standard Stock Items, provided the

goods are not damaged, in the original packaging (where applicable),

and returns are made within 14 days of receiving your stock. Please note that all goods dispatched and invoiced correctly by

Future Packaging & Machinery will be subject to a 20% handling fee

on return for credit or exchange.

Q. I have not recieved my order, what must I do?

A. Please contact our Head Office on (011) 794 - 3310. Please quote your online order number and we will track down your order.
